An enthusiastic entrepreneur, Jessica Clark has always been able to see organizational processes and systems. She recognized early in her career the difference between profit and just “getting by” hinges on efficient and consistent delivery of the product or service.

From 2002 to 2010, Jessica owned Room to Breathe, a successful hands on professional organizing firm with a sole focus of improving the efficiency of business owners in their physical office spaces.

Since 2010, Jessica focuses her time and energy with clients on management-level approaches of improving the business. She works with CEOs and their key executives addressing the causes of inefficiency and lack of productivity. Her activities include facilitating strategic planning days, advising on process improvement strategies, and accountability of tactical and strategic goals. She frequently speaks to companies and industry groups on topics such as delegation, time management, and improving internal processes.
